Kenny Peter - Musician & songwriter
Kenny Peter grew up in the Southwest corner of Denmark. He writes and sings in the local dialect of this area, “Sønderjysk”, the dialect he grew up with. It is the big as well as small questions that are dealt with in his songs. The reunification of Southern Jutland with Denmark, the disappearance of dialects, the return of the wolf, but also linguistic quirks such as specific sayings in the local dialect, and much more are themes, that Kenny Peter uses in his songs. Kenny Peter lives in Greece, but is participating as the ART JAM house musician in Højer.
In addition to playing concerts both at the opening and closing, he is also the musician in the Art Jam's children's project.

Children project
During the Art Jam week, approximately 200 children from local schools will visit Art Jam. Together with a guide, the children will experience parts of the Art Jam Road exhibition, they will sing in our local dialect with the musician Kenny Peter. In addition, the children, together with the artist Gleb Dusavitskiy, will each make a small clay sculpture. All participating classes are a part of the lottery, where they can win 2 wooden sculptures.
