Cultural determinism is the belief that the culture we are raised in determines who we are on an emotional and behavioral level. The artwork consists of 3 closed and broken balls, in different sizes, that are built from letters and sheet metal. The balls and letters symbolize our language. We all move around in closed constructions, cultural spheres that help us understand and limit us from being able to understand the world around us.
